You can go with your own car.. Don't worry you need not have any extra paper. Only carry basic papers like DL, Insurance, Pollution & RC book and enjoy the beauty of valley..

You can go and return on same day take route vi a Ramgarh as it's short from there. No hotel is located nearby nearest option is Ranchi or Ramgarh for hotel
