If you taking the subway to Landungsbrucke then reconsider and take a taxi from wherever that journey starts or from the main railway station rather than go there first as the taxi journey from there goes along way upstream before returning. The nearest railway station I can see is Hamburg Veddel which can be reached via S3 or S31. I suggest using Google Maps to check out the answer.
