You will definitely need to make a formal written application because of the number of students involved. This would ensure that the Museum Curator is able to assign a guide for your group. Though, I doubt if the number (100), which you have requested for could be handled all at once. The last time I was there, I think the group was limited to 25 persons.(though not sure about the actual figure).

No need to write letter you can just arrive but depending on age and number of kids you may want to take extra help as they don't permit touching of the exhibits. I would advise that …

No need to write letter you can just arrive but depending on age and number of kids you may want to take extra help as they don't permit touching of the exhibits. I would advise that for kids under 10 there is not really much to see they would understand, its more for older ones and adults. The open daily but close at 3.30 pm.
