I don't know but Spani Pool adhere the Mundy Park often host competitive swim events and you will see RV park there overnight to make it easy for their kids to have early warm up next day. I used to walk dogs by the offleash park late in evening like around midnight and don't recall seeing any cars park there may be randomly once or twice. However, Mundy Park is so big that it borders a lot of residential areas, I am sure you can find parking there somewhere like the around the library area if you are not driving a huge rv. I do see the City of Coquitlam tour around from time to time. Hope it helps

You might see snowshoers there. I am pretty sure one will receive some form of disagreement if you inline skate in there. It will disrupt the nature walk.
