It is located on Seven Devils in The Lakes, which is a charming cabin community only a little over a mile up Seven Devils, so easy to access during inclement weather. The Lakes is a family-friendly mountain neighborhood that has three lakes/ponds that guests can enjoy. Guests can fish, walk, hike, picnics on the large common lawns, etc. Also, a long walk or a short drive away (about a mile) is Otter Falls Trail, which is a hike to beautiful views and a waterfall, as well as Seven Devils Town Park, with basketball, tennis, pickleball, a playground, and a picnic area! Fox Haven is centrally located between Boone and Banner Elk, within 10 miles either way. Blowing Rock is only 12 miles away, and Valle Crucis is only 9 miles away. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is a short 6-mile drive from Fox Haven and has a wonderful golf course open during warmer weather months.
