Can you ride the wheelchair onto the incline itself? We tried to do the Duquesne Incline a few years back which is not handicapped accessible, but they said the Monongahela one is....we just couldn't find parking.

We got there at 8 AM and parked on a side street 2 streets from the incline. Walked up to the top of the incline and then down to the incline station I believe it is handicapped accessible. …
