Yes but agree a price. As mentioned traffic is dreadful so you could end up paying a lot. Plenty of tourist agencies with trips organised so might be better.
i visited the statue several years ago and purchased a souvenir plate that we hang in our lounge to remind us of our trip. Unfortunately the plate fell off the wall and can not be repaired. Has the shop got a replacement plate and if I send them payment could they send to UK. Derek Chapman

Yes, they still have a very nice souvenir shop with various items. Great prices and I think if I remember right they had plates! Good luck and happy travels.
We want to visit the complex in beginning of October when it is quiet. How much would a taxi cost to visit the complex from Ulaanbaatar and back for two people?

I cannot give you a price to this as it is quite far from central UB. You may be better finding out about a tour experience!
