Sorry. I’m not a local of that area so I don’t know, I visited there last August.
Yes dogs are allowed in as long as they are on a lead, however they won't be allowed near to any of the attractions such as the Zip wires or the Lough Key Tree top walk.
Are there swimming facilities in lough key? Thanks

No that I no of.. It is set on a large lake and u can hire out boats to go out on the lake but I've never seen anyone out swimming when I have been there.
