泽西行政区，简称泽西，又译哲尔赛、泽尔西，是英国王室的一个王室属地，位于诺曼底半岛外海20公里处的海面上，是英吉利海峡靠近法国海岸线的海峡群岛的一部分。泽西行政区由泽西岛和周边两座无人岛群——曼基耶岛与埃克雷乌岛共同组成，国际上视为由英国负责的领土而法律上非英国的一部分。 泽西行政区的历史最早可以回溯到933年时，海峡群岛被诺曼底公爵长剑威廉并吞成为诺曼底公国的一部分，其后裔征服者威廉成为英格兰国王，海峡群岛也成为英格兰王国的一部分。虽然在1204年时法国人收复诺曼底地区，但并没有在同时将海峡群岛收回，使得这些岛屿成为这段史迹的见证。第二次世界大战时泽西岛与根西岛曾遭德军占领过，占领期自1940年5月1日到1945年5月9日止，是二战期间唯一被德国掌控过的英国领土。
