There is bus service. I tried to paste the link here but the site does not allow it. If you google "routes smtd" you will find it. routes will let you put in your starting point and destination and will show you the bus route and walking route. It says there is bus service to all the historic sites. But we didn't use it. And according to googlemaps it is 1.6 miles from the presidential library to the cemetery, and 1.8 miles to the tomb and would take about 35 minutes to walk. Enjoy
