We have tickets for Brooks & Dunn with Reba at the Colosseum in Caesar's which starts at 7:30pm. Would we make it to the 10:00pm show of Absinthe or is this too tight of a timeline?

Both are located within the Caesar's property so I think you would have time to see both. Quick Tip, unless you don't mind getting wet don't sit near the stage.
Is it similar to the traveling show they had in LA? I saw it and loved it and we want to see it again, but I’m hoping the storyline, jokes are different.

How easy is it to get day of show tickets? We have the las vegas pass so we would need to redeem the passes for a show once the box office opens. It looks like a small venue so I dont really care about seating. Does the show ever get sold out?

I bought tickets through a discount website (plumbenefits) the night before the event and ended up with excellent tickets for roughly $90 each (after taxes and fees). Just keep in mind that if you buy online, while you're in Las Vegas, that you'll need to print the voucher and head over to the box office to pick up the physical tickets. If you're picking up with a voucher from a discounter, your seats sometimes aren't assigned until you pick up the tickets, so it probably benefits you to pick them up earlier in the day.
