Looking to build my forever house on Lake Greenwood! Is it safe to swim in this lake. My daughter is a kidney recipient and I'm concern about micro bacteria containment. Should I have a pool as an alternative. Love the area!

I have never seen anyone swim while i was there. Only boating.
