In La Digue best option would be Anse Le Reunion that has many hotels near and other one would be Anse Patates, very beautiful beach with a hotel just next and with not a lot of people. There is another option: not the nices beach in the world, but it is a very nice resort and I imagine you could easily spend the whole day here - Le Domaine de L'Orangeraie Resort & Spa, just a bit nort of the main harbour.
