Dr. James Quackenbush is a Colorado native and has been with Family Physicians of Western Colorado (FPWC), a division of Primary Care Partners, since 1996. He is the past Medical Director for DOCS on Call, Primary Care Partners’ urgent care clinic. Dr. Quackenbush attended St. Mary’s Medical Center Family Practice Residency Program and received his medical degree from the University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine in 1993. Dr. Quackenbush is passionate about urgent care medicine, sports medicine, motorsports medicine, and medical student and resident education. He enjoys coordinating the life-long health of all of his patients and is skilled in treating acute problems and managing chronic diseases.
