Husband and I didn’t do much research before visiting and we were pleasantly surprised. We particularly enjoyed the views from the house and the garden. Worth a visit if in the area. E9477EDamandac的完整评论
Hi! I want to visit Isola Bella on 21 oct, and I will arrive around 9:30 in Stresa by train. Are there boats to the island? How long does it take to visit all the island? I want to take a train back to Milan around 14:30, is that enough time to visit everything?

Hi, there are boats to the Isola Bella and the other islands, leaving quite frequently. You will need at least two hours to see the palace and the gardens, but four would be better. There are cafes and food stalls near the landing on the island, and a cafe at the far end of the gardens. It’s definitely worth a visit. Do check the websites for boat and opening times, and enjoy your trip.
