Depends on venue. Some special shows in lounge with VIP access a show may go to 1am. The regular bar/restaurant is 11pm. Check web site for show information.

Yes, there are free shows inside the restaurant. Last time I went the service was not that great and the menu lacked some of that NoLa flavor. The live music was just ok. I've been to the one in Chicago and must say that it was a far greater experience.
Tickets are available online by clicking here. You can also purchase tickets in person at the Box Office. The Box Office is temporarily only open on show nights.
