The water is 6' deep off the end of the dock and you can walk in and out beside the dock for easy access. The cottage rental comes with a kayak, canoe, paddle boat, a tin boat with an electric motor for fishing or a tour of the lake and horseshoe pit. The Seguin trail is right next to the property for ATV riding if you have one and you can ride into the town of Kearney which is 4km away where you will find restaurants/pub, LCBO and a few others. Novar is 12km away where you will find Foodland with a Subway and LCBO.
