No close place on the Heritage Trail to rent a bike. Try Bicycle World on Central Avenue. They used to rent some of their bikes. You could potentially rent a bike from them and find your way to the paved trail downtown which feeds/leads/connects to the limestone Heritage Trail. Bicycle World to the dedicated, off-road path in town would be 5-6 blocks or so.
