Pawleys Island is a quaint little seaside town south of all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. You have access to not only the beach but also to the Waccamaw River at only 1 mile from my home. There is quite a bit of restaurants in the area or it is only 20 minutes from the Marsh Walk which has some of the best Seafood and culinary choices around. This is a gorgeous home seated right on the 12th hole of the local Founders Club Golf Course. The interior has all been freshly renovated with all new furnishings and electronics. We have spared no expense on ensuring all items you need are stocked except groceries. The master bedroom has a small hotel style safe that you can program with your own code. All of the televisions throught the home are Smart TV and I will leave my Netflix account logged in. Or you can use your own. The porch has 4 rocking chairs and there is also a swing for 2 in the lawn as well. It also overlooks the 12th hole of the Founders Club Golf course.
