Yes, there are height and also age restrictions on some of the rides. For example, children under 3 or under 95cm are not allowed on the Solar Splash. For the Green Dragon Roller Coaster, children under 97cm are not allowed. For children 97 - 120cm, they must be accompanied by an adult. Great Green Run: no restrictions, and there is a Little Green Run for younger children. Some rides are closed due to Covid. Hope this information is useful.

I didn’t see any adults on their own without children it’s more for family’s the adults can go on all the rides thou probably best to call them to check before booking

We went at half term but our school holidays are a little different to many. It was busy but not crazy. The water slide has the biggest queue. The two times we've been, all the attractions have been open on a schedule so say the water slide 10-11am then again at 1-2pm. I would hope that everything is open constantly in the summer holidays otherwise I can imagine the queues being very long. Similar thing with food - last time they only had the main cafe and one other smaller outlet open. There are lots of little kiosks around so I'd hope they'd be open too.
