The Falls are fed, in part, by the Lake. If the Lake level is sufficiently high enough, the Falls flow. Visit in rainy season.

There are some primitive sites but nothing like what you are searching for. Not like boondocking in the BLM lands out west!

Or get a Florida Parks Friends membership, no fee. Depends on how much you camp! As to how long? Most state parks keep it to a week or less. But I don’t know that answer. Sorry for that.

Is park/campground good for biking riding? My kids live to bring bikes...

Not really. Hiking yes, riding bikes would be difficult on the paved roads because they are very steep in places and sometimes quite busy.
