I read East coast park is wheel chair friendly. I want to know if the wheelchairs are chargeable. Also wherefrom within the park area can i access wheelchairs for my senior citizen parents? Thanks!

It is wheelchair friendly but I didn’t see anywhere you could rent them - sorry.

Hello. It depends on how much of a walker you are and also what part of the park you want to visit. I would say to save on cab fare to get a train near the park attraction you want to see and then take a taxi or the bus for the remainder if the walk seems too long. Saying that, if you just want to go to the park near the barrage you could walk along that way.
