Just check Wikipedia about Dunstamburgh Castle and it confirms that the National Trust are the owners, but English Heritage manage that property and it’s the same as Howsteads Fort as well as Fountains Abbey owned by the National Trust, but managed by English Heritage, but not Studley Royal.
