It is very very loud in there so I’d put headphones over the baby’s ears & I personally would not put them in the water at that age. However if you have other children or family members that are going there to have fun you could hold the baby or keep it in a stroller.

I work in the marketing department at the Metropolis Resort and I can confirm with you that there is wifi available to our guests throughout the entire resort (Chaos Water Park included). Just a heads up, the wifi can be a little slow at Chaos sometimes because of the humidity in the park, but it is available.
