Harbor Island is a private gated beach community with over two miles of beautiful, peaceful beach to explore on long walks or runs. There is access to three pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a fitness center once you are on the Island. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1. Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas ** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $20.00; 2 nights $30.00; 3 nights $40.00; 4 nights $50.00; 5 nights $60.00; 6 nights $70.00; 7 nights $80.00; 8-30 nights $130.00; 31-364 nights $205.00.
