yes yes yes but have not seen any right now on our bodies be prepared to have deep pockets because other than supermarkets everything is costly.

The walking paths are woodland paths--well packed, mostly flat, and clear - great for walking fast. There is no pavement. Near the entrance the paths are wide but they narrow and get sandy near the back of the refuge. There is also a small hilly area at the back. The perimeter trail is about 2 miles but the interior trails loop around ponds, criss-cross, and cover about 7 miles total.
