Visited today, had to pay $9 (over 62s rate). The visitor centre was closed, the Country Store was closed & the loop trail was closed, so $9 for 10 minutes at the viewpoint & use of the loos!!! Falls… Angel57的完整评论

Hi. We have booked a campsite in the Rim campground for August. Since August is a busy time at this park I wanted to know if there is an issue getting to the campsite in case the park is full. Their website says “If you arrive to find the entrance closed due to full capacity, please return at a later time - typically after 4:00 p.m”. Is there a separate enterance for people with reservations?

In northern California the fall foliage is not the best because there are a lot of pine and redwood trees b they don't change colors. Nevertheless, its beautiful to travel anyway. Have a good trip.
