The Bundaberg Race Club hosts seven thoroughbred race meetings per year at Thabeban Racecourse, with Catholic Schools Race Day being the largest social event on the local racing calendar. The races have become a popular event in the community with the club’s hospitality and facilities providing an environment for people to socialise with friends or network with colleagues and clients. The BRC is in a solid financial position and the newly elected committee will be continuing on with the strategy of keeping the BRC going forward with improved attendances and race fields. Input from our members on how to improve the event or facilities is always appreciated, and we thank all members for their ongoing support of the Bundaberg Race Club.
