Dr. Cohen is Board Certified in both Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Washington University in St. Louis and earned his Medical Degree at New York Medical College, where he received AOA Academic Honors and the Trustee Merit Scholarship for Academic Excellence. He has advanced training and expertise in sports medicine injuries, shoulder and knee reconstructive surgery, arthroscopic surgery, orthopedic trauma, minimally invasive surgery, and robotic assisted knee replacement. He holds academic appointments at NYU Langone and Mount Sinai. He is the Director of Sports Medicine at OrthoManhattan and serves as the Head Physician for Horace Mann Athletics.
