No more than an hour needed here. It has examples of some bygone torture tools and methods with explanations of why and when they were used. Most will make you wince, al will make you glad to live …joneypony的完整评论

Not necessary when I went in October. Plus it's open late so you can leave it for later and go to sights that close earlier in the day.

An hour would be comfortable. Good rainy day activity.

Is it suitable for children?
答:
I really think it depends on the child - it's objectively interesting. If they're at all sensitive then they most likely won't like it, but I think a lot of kids may find it cool regardless.
