Hi Karla, We have both a walking tour and a hiking tour. The walking tour is intended to be accessible to anyone that can walk continuously for 3 hours. Total elevation change is usually less than 300 feet, but the ground is never level. The hiking tour is strenuous, involves 5 hours of walking and has as much as 2500 feet of elevation gain or more depending on the group. It is still a tour however.
