Founded in 1994, ASCY is a non-profit agency funded through The City of Hamilton and The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. Working in collaboration with families, children, professionals and communities to share knowledge, build capacity, reach potential and provide equitable opportunities for all, our broad range of programs and services include: Central South Blind Low Vision Early Intervention Program, offered in Hamilton, Niagara, Brant, and Haldimand Norfolk Central South Infant Hearing Program, offered in Hamilton, Niagara, Brant, and Haldimand Norfolk Early Words Preschool Speech and Language Program, offered in Hamilton Professional Learning & Resources, with services offered in Hamilton and Haldimand Norfolk
