Stayed on the beach for our last day in Argassi. I think this is the only sandy beach in the area, set of sunbeds cost €15 for the whole day. There is a snack bar open in the hotel to beach visitors…Aija P的完整评论

We were a bit worried about the beach after reading the reviews but we didn't have a problem with it and had no problem in June getting 8 sunbeds next to each other. Yes Kalamaki beach is bigger and prettier but Argassi was fine too.
Our first trip to Argassi, Zante next month any tips on where to go what to do,bars etc. We are in our late 40's so don't particularly want to 'hang out' with the 18-30s crowd. Thanks

Hi Julie, There are lots of good trips (definitely try Pete's Tours next to the Legends Bar) and a visit to Zakynthos town on the little road train is a must. The local beach is nice but a bit small and might be crowded when you go - if too busy there's a free bus down to Vassilikos and back (get off where everyone else does for the beaches on the way, and get a free ticket back in return for 6 Euros for two loungers and a parasol) The Legends Bar (tribute acts) is pretty good in the evening, but there are plenty more ... just have a wander and see what takes your fancy. The best thing about lovely Argassi is that it's big enough to have most things you want, but compact enough to be easy to walk around in the heat Anyway, have a lovely time and all the best, Lynn
